We want you to love your glow; if you are not 100% satisfied with your Starface purchase, you can return your unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and were purchased directly from our UK webstore within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our friendly support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use a tracked shipping service to send them back to our UK warehouse address provided by our team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
